Commentary for I Kings 4:5

וַעֲזַרְיָ֥הוּ בֶן־נָתָ֖ן עַל־הַנִּצָּבִ֑ים וְזָב֧וּד בֶּן־נָתָ֛ן כֹּהֵ֖ן רֵעֶ֥ה הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃

and Azariah the son of Nathan was over the officers; and Zabud the son of Nathan was chief minister and the king’s friend;

Over the officers. He had twelve officers to provide sustenance for the king and his household.
